TERMS OF SERVICE:

it is the buyers responsibility to read the terms listed below.

by commissioning or purchasing from choodle you agree to to abide by these terms of service.

ARTISTIC RIGHTS:

my artwork is my own, i reserve the rights to it.

i have the right to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in my online publications, portfolios, examples, etc.

my artwork may not be edited, copied, or traced by anyone. this applies to all work, regardless to whether it is personal, commission work, or a purchased design.

you may use any artwork of mine that you have received as gift art, from a commission, or that came with an original design for: profile pictures, page dolls, wallpapers, backgrounds, and other personal decorative uses.

do not redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit my artwork for your financial gain.

PAYMENTS:

all payments will be made in usd through kofi.

i reserve the right to refuse sales or commissions for any reason.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK:

commissioned work will only begin once full payment has been received.

refunds are not available for commissioned artwork.

if there is no design reference provided, or if the reference provided is inadequate for the scope of the commission, an additional design fee may be charged.

after certain progress points of a commission are approved, major changes will cost an extra fee. i reserve the right to refuse major change requests as i see fit. what are major and minor changes will be decided by me.

commissions that require a strict deadline may be subject to a priority and rush fee.

commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

commissioners may repost and share the finished artwork, provided i am credited for the work.

i reserve the right to repurpose any unused work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

PREMADE DESIGNS / ADOPTABLES:

owners of my designs may use the design freely as a personal character or mascot, with the exception of commercial use (unless otherwise discussed).

my designs may be edited or redesigned by the owner, with the exception of my original artwork.

my artwork may not be edited, copied, or traced by anyone, including design holders. please consult for edits of original artwork. variant color schemes or design alterations may be commissioned.

the design owner may repost and share my original artwork of the design, provided i am credited for the work.

my designs may be freely resold, traded or gifted.
